1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pollinator Playhouse website and the booking of our events. By completing a booking you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Event Bookings

• Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment processing.
• A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at checkout.
• Spots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Each booking is for one session. Separate bookings are required for additional sessions.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• More than 7 days before the event: Full refund, minus any payment processing fees.
• 3–7 days before the event: 50% refund.
• Less than 3 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your booking to another session subject to availability.

To cancel, please log in to your account or contact us at contact@pollinatorplayhouse.com with your booking reference.

4. Event Cancellation by Us

In the event that we need to cancel a session (for example, due to unsafe weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or transfer to an alternative session.

5. Supervision & Safety

• Children must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult carer for the duration of the event. We are not a childcare service.
• Parents and carers are responsible for their child's safety and behaviour during the event.
• Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or accessibility requirements prior to the event so we can make appropriate arrangements.

6. Photography

We may take photographs during events for use on our website and social media. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, please let us know at the start of the session. We will never publish identifiable photographs of children without parental consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We take all reasonable care to ensure events are safe and enjoyable. However, participation in outdoor activities carries inherent risk. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our events, except where caused by our negligence.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
